Gerstad Builders is channeling all the summer heat into some of its hottest homebuyer incentives ever. The builder dug back deep in the archives, and is rolling back base prices on its new homes to their 2003 pricing.
But the sooner you act, the more you’ll save. The first 10 buyers who purchase their new McHenry County real estate in Liberty Trails, Trails of Dawson Creek, The Trails of Pheasant Ridge or Bailey Estates will be rewarded with an extra 10 percent discount on top of the current fantastic price reductions.
Per the 2003 prices now in effect, ranch and single-family floor plans range from $176,000 to $299,990. The 10 percent discount offers an added savings from approximately $17,600 to $29,000.
Liberty Trails is the ideal location for buyers interested in a quiet neighborhood. Here, buyers will find ranch and two-story homes that span 1,382 to 3,200 square feet. Floor plans feature two to four bedrooms and up to three baths featuring Kohler fixtures and Colonist doors and trim.
